Hello all... Im new to this site and also the Beaverton, Oregon area. I was wondering if there was anyone from my local area that might be able to clue me in on some trails and/or events around here. I am out of a bike at the moment and am in the market for a new and differen't one, however I have been riding x-country and freeride for about ten years now. I wouldn't mind meetin' some local fellow riders either. Riding alone get's boring! Noone there to see you fall. Anyway, thanks. 🙂

I'm new here and from Oregon! But I'm down in Corvallis . . .
If you'd like to find some local cycling things, I picked up a copy of Oregon Cycling the other day -- the back has a whole section of local events / rides / et cetera arranged by what part of the state you're in. I didn't see anything for Beaverton specifically, but there were a couple for Hillsboro and a bunch for Portland.
There's also Portland Velo, which has some bike path maps on the left side of the main page (it says you have to log in to download them, but I clicked the links and viewed them without a problem).
