Help!
i'm a "fair weather" cyclist buying my first road bike. I'm buying hte bike via the cylcle to work scheme which is great because i save around 50%. The downside is that my employer uses Halfords😠 . After much hassle i've decided on a bike from Ribble built on the Deddaciai Nero Corsa frame. I can't try it out so i need advice on size. I've tried a Giant SCR size 50cm and Orbea Aqua 54 cm and both fitted well, any ideas on what size i should go for in Deddaciai

Ribble are getting your money, have them work for it and call them up and get their advice on frame sizes.

There are also lots of 'rules of thumb' for sizing that you can find on line. I think the usual one is 2/3rds of your inside leg measurement (measured hard up the bone at the top), gives the (seat tube) frame size. But that's decidely rough. It also generates the wrong size for me, since I can't ride a bike that size for toffee.
