ORBEA Bikes ... any opinions?

I have tow Orbeas. One is a custome built Lobular carbon frame and the other is the Onix. Out of the two bikes, the lobular carbon is my absolute favorite (it was a gift from my wife after I got sick). Overall, it is one of the best handling bikes I've ever ridden. I took a look at the new lobular 100's and 50's. They are really nice bikes with alot of good parts on them. It all depends on which frame you are looking at and what group set/pre-built bike you are looking for. I have a couple friends that ride the Orca and swear by them. I also have a friend that rides a Marmolada and wonders why we would pay so much more for our bikes (his reasoning is that he has ridden ours and feels that his rides just as good). One of the "Cool" factors is that Orbea is a lesser known brand name so you get a lot of questions. Overall, I love both bikes but my lobular is more of a favorite. They are good rides. If you want a great bike, get an Orbea. Here is a picture of my Lobular carbon.

I went to test out an Onix and Orca less than a week ago. I have been thinking on if I want a new bike, or upgrade my current one. I currently ride a Trek Y-Foil with full Ultegra. Or maybe go with a new Orbea frame and swap parts from mine. eh, I dunno, that's why I went for the test ride.

Honestly, I wasn't all that impressed with either of the Orbea bikes. Both rode about the same for me. The Onix was full Ultegra, and the Orca was Dura Ace. Both bikes were insane light, I think they advertise 16lb or something like that. But for the most part it didn't feel like anything super special compared to my current ride.

There was one major issue that really turned me off in the end. When looking at either of the frames, if you look close at the paint job, you'll notice it really isn't paint under that clear coat. It's a damn sticker!!! On these frames it was plainly obvious that it was a cut sticker, and not cut very well. Slight white border around the edge, and obviously raised a bit because of the paper thickness. Then it was clear-coated over the top of.... For a $5000 bike I expect a frickin good paint job.... The least they could have done is a slight air-brushed paint over the edges of the stickers. Something...

Anyway, end of my rant. I was bummed. Pretty sweet bikes, but not worth the money if you ask me. One feature I really liked were the ITM Wing handlebars. ITM makes a few models with that wing shape, but they are hard to find to buy. I found one retailer that has them on EBay, that's about it.
