    Did you manage to look up the Gonzalez pilot study?
    (I've ordered it through a well known library - it could take some time)

    Not yet. I haven't been to the library yet, and I hadn't planned on
    making a trip just for that article. (I find I don't go nearly as often
    as I used to, given that I can get the vast majority of articles I need
    on line now.) Never fear; it's on my list, but it could be a couple of
    weeks before I get over there.

  3. Do you think _any_ medical library would stock things like this?
    I'm thinking of joining the library in the local city.

    You need a medical library. Try the nearest university, or even a large
    hospital. Even though you will not be allowed to remove materials from those
    libraries, most will allow you to look things up there, and have copy
    machines for your use.
