No.
Cyberpump was one of the first sites I went to several years ago as a
complete noob (when it was free) to learn about weight training. It's
taken years of deprogramming (much of it here) to rid myself of the
[censored] they filled my head with. OK, maybe that's a bit of an
exaggeration, but to actually pay for such misguided training info is
in my opinion ridiculous. I wouldn't send someone there for free.HTH
