  1. Hi,

Someone tried to multi-level-market us into some green drink
powders, and although I seriously doubt the blood-acidity
junk science, they don't seem like a bad way to get more
veggies into my families diet. Does anyone who doesn't sell
this stuff have a recommendation for a cheap source, or good
    recipes for green drinks?

Or has anyone had experiences, good or bad, with this type
of supplement/food as compared to, say, vitamins? I'm
wondering if they will boost my energy levels in conjunction
with other lifestyle changes. Also my wife is in her seventh
month of pregnancy and has quit eating sugar and is going to
start with these. I guess we're wondering if it's worth $30+
a month for the nutrition and convenience. She is 41 and
    pretty worn out right now.

    Please, no solicitations. Thanks.

  2. We juice carrots for a great drink.

Don't get me wrong. I cannot stomache pure carrot juice but
add a very small piece of Spanish onion to the juicer and
the juice of a lemon and it is very close to V8 or other
drinks. After you get the hang of it you can add parsley or
other veggies to vary and increase your intake.

Yes the juicer is a [censored] to clean but great drinks!
It takes a about a week to fee the difference, one
    drink per day.
