  1. I had a stroke about two years ago. A few day ago I was contacted by
an OPC-3 dealer, saying that the medicine would help me. She mailed me
a bottle of it, and urged me to overdose.

I did. I took twice or three times of the recommended dose. Now my
body is in severe ache. By reading the label on the bottle, I
understand that my muscles may have been contracted too much by the
    potassium. My questions are:

    1. Are the extra potassium ever leave my body, or stay in forever? If
leaving, how long does it take for the potassium in my body to return
    to the pre-medication level?

    2. Is there any over-the-counter medicine that helps dispel the extra
potassium off the body? What is its name?

    3. Do I need to see a doctor?

    Thanks.

I just lurk here, but nobody knowledgeable seems to be answering.
Drink lots of water. Tell your doctor what you took, show them the
container, and ask them to check your kidney function.

    Your advice helps. Thanks.
