  1. Well I woke up yesterday morning and could hardly walk! Went to get out
of bed and my leg didn't want to move! Spent the day watching telly and
wandering around not being able to do much except feeling sorry for
myself! Wounds on arm are healing nicely, legs not too good, must have
    lost more layers there.

Got up this morning and felt a little better. Still walking funny,
trying to keep anything from touching my leg wounds, and a pulled muscle
being aggravating, but apart from that pretty good.

Against the wishes of SWMBO (wouldn't normally, but she was at work!) I
put a pad over my leg nasties and slipped on a pair of cycle shorts and
leggings. Met up with a mate and went out for 120k ride. Nothing too
fast, took 4.5 hours. When I'm cycling I feel fine, when I try to
'[censored]' my leg over the bike I have trouble...good enough reason to go
    non-stop today!

That's it now till Saturday. Today was booked off from work as a
'cycling day', I really didn't want to miss out. I'll apologise to my
other half right here now, just in case she finds out. Sshh everyone OK!

75 miles at 16.7 mph in your state. Bah - that's ridiculous!

Nothing too fast, quotha. [censored]! How fast do you go when you
haven't just put your leg through a cheese grater?

On a good training ride, about 20mph.
