  1. Well I failed to keep the rubber side down on Saturday in a rather
    spectacular fashion.

    I ended up with multiple contusions and rashes, trashed a tyre and smashed
    my helmet so badly that despite it's best efforts I still ended up needing
    two staples in the back of my head.

    Tyres I got.

    Is there anywhere I can buy a decent helmet at a reasonable price online?

    Any opinions on what's a *good* helmet would be appreciated also.

  2. Something from Italy like MET's $89 mid-range Sfero, nice looking helmet
    16 airvents , multifit retention system 54-61cm & not made in China like
    some of the other big names.
