Any thoughts on the reliability of some of the folks selling unis online? I made a purchase from Tom Miller many years ago, and I couldn't be happier. Tom delivered everything he said he would and more. I have recently been attempting to resolve a damaged (not from shipping) purchase from another online supplier (to reamain unnamed, for now), and, thus far, I am not impressed.
The packing and shipping part of an online retailer is no different from what's used by a "computer-free" retailer. I'm sorry you're having problems, and hope they will be worked out with minimal hassle.
Meanwhile, if Tom Miller has what you need, definitely order from him as well. He needs the support!
