  1. Has anyone had any experience with Online Weightloss programs? How is
    ediets.com, jennycraig.com and others?

I'd like something that incorporates my fitness into the program. My
friend jsut has been using a service at www.hdotraining.com - seems to
be good. Has anyone heard of this or any of the others? What about
    efitness.com?

What kind of prices shoudl I be looking at?

    Help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!!

    J

Looks like they both suck, like spam.

Nah, it's junk. Glad you asked, though, 'cuz you wouldn't want to
accidently send people there to pay for bad information. Much better
then go to http://www.stumptuous.com/weights.html and get the real deal
for free, or to http://www.ExRx.com and see clear video demonstrations,
or perhaps get a free book out of the library.

My gym will give three or four free personal training sessions to each
member, too, just for asking. No sense paying some idiot spammer money,
if you know what I mean.

  4. I offer some online group training and use a yahoo group for the forum,
I also do personal online training which is not as low prices as the
group option. I also have a quick diet and training program option on
    my site.
    www.bodyrushpersonaltraining.com
The group training option is also explained there.
