  1. I have had a shoulder problem for over 10 years now. Seems to rev up every
once and a while? The first time I had the injury it was sore for several
weeks and with stretching and some rest it came good. My guess is that it
was something like a tear that has perhaps healed with some scar tissue? Now
when it fires up again it will often go away within a week so by the time I
get to see a pysio they can't find anything and the tests they run show full
movement and use of the shoulder? Not sure if anyone else has a similar
injury that returns sometimes? Dips are a favorite exercise of mine but also
seem to bring about this shoulder problem every 6 months or so with no
reason? It can come about from other types of lifting also. What do you guys
    think?

    Cheers
    Mike

Typical runners injury. Stop "chokin' your chicken" several times a
day, before breakfast, and your shoulder will heal right up.

  3. Stop the "self abuse" that you overindulge in, 40 times a day.
