  1. Hi,

I have started training again after 1 and half years layoff
    due to shoulder injury.

I'm now 34 years old and wish to regain my strength. A month has gone
by and I seem to be doing good although my shoulder twitches at times.
I have given up dead lifts (something I really enjoyed doing) as it
puts a lot of pressure on the shoulders.

As my goal is to gain strength, I intend to start training with heavier
weights and CREATIN from the 2nd month onwards.

Is creatin advisable at this age??

    Thanks in advance.

Were your legs paralyzed from the shoulder injury? Or are you just
getting back to upper body training?

Shoulder pain is very often dependent on angles rather than weight.
Experiment with various exercises to find ones where the angles don't
    produce pain.

    Yup.
