Very positive, and much better than the usual local BBC fare. The immediate, linked answers to each
question in the "Why not cycle?" section are particularly good.It seems at the very least that this article has been put together by an actual cyclist, and I've a
sneaking suspicion that the Cambridge Cycling Campaign might have had a hand in it. If the CCC's
website is any indication, consultation with the council seems to work much better over there than
in a certain other Southern university town.--
