I hate being put on hold when I ring people up. It annoys me with the ads and/or crappy music. I have decided that next time it happens, when the operator eventually answers me I'm going to say: "Excuse me, I was listening to that. Put me back on hold again! I want to see how it turns out!"

I hate answering a phone, saying 'Hi, so-and-so speaking', and the moron on the other side replies, 'Hi, who's speaking?'

being on hold drives me nuts.......a couple of days ago i has on hold to primus for about an hour, part of the prob was cause the monkey who i was dealing with could get its head around the issue and kept having to goto its f'ing supervisor for help.
The company who I work for doesnt have phone ques and our customers love us for that......they ring and get a human ;D
