Being charged of something does not automatically imply guilt IMO. However, I have to seriously question whether Tyler is telling the truth after failing the same test on more than one occasion. OTOH, if he is telling the truth then the testing practices are totally bogus and we will eventually see other innocent cyclists found guilty of the same thing. Time will tell.
