My 15 year old son is interested in joining a race team. He has ridden in several road races and time trials as an individual and has been advised by several people to get onto a team. We live in Lima, Ohio (west-central part of the state). Does anyone know of any cycling teams in the western part of Ohio that have developmental programs for junior members?
