Oh yum, dinner!

Tonight's dinner is arapidly becoming a family favorite, much
requested!

Shrimp in TJ's mole sauce, served on warmed corn tortillas with fresh
guacamole, halved grape tomatoes, and fajita-style onions, three-color
peppers, and garlic. On the side: buttered hominy and seasoned black
beans topped with cotija and cheddar cheeses. Southwestern style caesar
salad and tropical fruit medley for salads.

And there;s a batch of chocolate chip cookies in the oven, with pecans,
semi-sweet chips, and swirled chocolate/white chips.

I love my cooking!! =)
