I'd get in contact with a Specialized dealer and ask if pukka touch-up paint is
available.

I think that Halfords do a bespoke paint matching service. If you brought
your bike in, I reckon they'd be able to make a batch of paint with the
exact match. Car paints are unlikely to be the exact shade as your bike.
