Hello, I have a Raleigh RollerBlade, the gears are not working, can anyone explain the steps to take to get them set up again.
They are on the handlebar, and have the name Gear Shift. I have tried tightening the cable on the first gear , then I did the same on the 7th gear but I still cant change up or down. I would appreciate any help i can get . Thanks Odear.

You mean they're not working at all? If they're not working at all, it's most likely a problem in the shifter, not the derailleur.
