  1. I haven't been doing ketosis on purpose, but it does seem to happen
sometimes. Last night I ate a lot of carbs, this morning none, little
exertion -- and at 4.30 pm showed a 'moderate' amount of ketones and a BG
    of 87.

Keto readings this morning and previous days had been 'trace' or
'negative'. Fasting BGs have been around 90, evening PPs and late night
between 140 and 180. Seems like the higher the late night BG, the lower the
    Fasting next morning.

Anyway feeling great! Lots of mental energy this morning, perhaps burning
last night's carbs? I've been going no-carb early in the day, then having
some carbs starting around 5 or so and for dinner and late snack. (I've
always had a pattern of 'diurnal variation', getting laggy in midday and
    lively in evening and mornings.)

Not sure what to DO with this afternoon ketosis. 🙂 I don't care about
losing weight, and feel too lazy to exercise. Still getting good work done
on computer. A little hungry for something spicy, and mildly sweet, almond
butter with cinnamon and nutmeg and maybe raw baby carrots....

Glad you're feeling great, but if you keep having PPs of 140-180, it won't
    last. :-(
