    Is it my imagination, or is the geometry on the bike somewhat odd?
    It appears that the handling would be weird even while pedalling
    regularly with the hands on the bars...

    It's a strange drawing. The front forks curve the wrong way, for example.
    It also looks like you generate power with your arms by steering the handle
    bars back and forth, which I think would mean you'd have to weave like a
    drunken sailor.
