  1. Hey there, does anyone have an exact map of the route through Central Park?

Going to have to do a few practise runs through it this year - it seemed to go
    on forever last time.

    Cheers, Bola.

  3. just go to the east side of the park...110th and 5th ave.....you'll see a
bronze statue of Duke Ellington there...run up 5th ave...adjacent to the
park... enter central park at 90th-86th...somewhere like that...you'll see
it...there are Flags above head along the route every 100' or so and don't
forget...on the road is the Blue Line. I think it will be painted on the road
on Wed and or Thurs. Follow the blue line and flags.

Ya know you exit Central park at the bottom where The Plaza Hotel is...run West
on 59th St.....toward the New Time Warner / AOL Twin Towers....which is
Columbus Circle. You enter the park again at Columbus Circle....again...just
follow the flags and blue line...
