What supplements can help with metabolism?
    What supplements help increase endurance?

IF you follow advice from respected people then there's no conflicting advice (or any conflicting advice then is of a very minor nature).

amino acids are often said to be the building blocks of protein. assuming you eat a normal mixed diet (including being a veggie) and aren't on a drastic weight loss programme, then most likely you will be getting all the protein and amino acids you need. current advice from respected nutritional institutes, such as the ACSM position stand on nutrional advice and sports performance, states that protein/amino acids supplements aren't required.

metabolism? not sure i understand what you're trying to ascertain here.

    carbohydrates in a 6 - 8% solution or as 30 - 60 g/hr extends endurance/performance
