  1. Has anyone had the problem of some of your toes getting tingly or numb during a ride? For me, it is most likely the strap on my shoe that is over one of the veins on my foot, but it seems that I have to have is super loose for this not to happen. Is this tingly/numbness from lack of blood to the toes? Any tips for me? Is there any danger of this doing anything bad to my toes, even if they remain numb for hours on end? (2-6hrs) Thanks.

  2. I wouldnt worry about permanent damage. I used to have this problem as well until I switched to my current shoes which have a wider top strap. I also started standing occasionally (which has other benefits as well) to let my legs get better circulation for a second. Good luck! Jason

  3. I had the same problem. I was able to alleviate my toe pain by pedaling more with my heel down and pointing my toes less.
