I am a 21yr old female and a few weeks ago I noticed that my toes (excluding my big toe) on both feet were a little numb. Now they are numb on both feet constantly... the numbness is mainly between the toes and under them. I am a smoker for a while now but have never experienced this. About a year ago the inside of my calf on my right leg went very numb but i was given anti-inflammatory drugs and it went away. I don't excercise much at all and I have no reason to believe that I injured myself in any way. Any opinions would be appreciated. I have read about a disorder called Morton's Neuroma (i think) but I have had no pain whatsoever associated with this numbness. I really don't know what's going on but feel a little stupid going to the doctor and whining about numb toes. Thanks alot 🙂

You might go to a good Chiropractor. As for taking some drug, I think you would want to find WHY you have numbness, and correct THAT. Then it won't come back. mdd
