  1. Hi there. Recently bought a new bicycle which I use to cycle to work every day (around 45 mins). Its properly adjusted- saddle and handlebars- but I have been getting numbness in my left foot during the ride. This never used to happen on my previous bike. Do I need to change the saddle? or adjust something else. Any ideas

  2. Maybe You Should Try Stretching Before Riding For Better Circulation. If You Are Comfortable On The Bike, Then You Dont Need To Adjust Anything. Also, Try Elevating Your Feet At Night, Like On Pillows, For A Couple Of Hours. Opefully, It'll Help🙂

  3. Try relacing your shoes or adjusting the velcro if they are cycling shoes. I used to get a tingling sensation in my toes and it turned out one shoe was laced tighter than the other. (duh)

  4. Maybe the new seat isn't working out and pinching, causing your foot to go numb. Maybe you bought new shoes and they're new and tight. Maybe new pedals? Maybe new cleats that don't float and you had floating ones. Hard to really tell based on what you've written.

I had the same problem; both feet going numb while riding the road bike. I loosened the velcro straps(Pearl Izumi Vagabonds) and that helped a lot. I've not been happy with the saddle, though, and some have suggested it may be the culprit.
