I've heard of 'em a couple of times, but I've not heard anything good or bad. There should not be an issue with those wheels so long as their built right (i.e. spokes are tensioned correctly, nipples are prepped.......). The price is alright. The spokes and rims are excellent, although the A23 is about 451g, not 426. I've got A23 rims. Novatec hubs are reliable, mid-range hubs. I don't think you'd be doing yourself a disservice buying those wheels.

Done some research on these and looking to pull the trigger as well. Had a few people that I talked to in person, pretty much bomb proof if built to the correct specs. Have seen a few sets in local crits and road races.
