Is it through a LBS? Perhaps go in there at their busiest time, get
served and start talking loudly about your problem. Don't let go - chew
that bone! Start talking about the Office of Fair Trading. Ask them to
get on the phone NOW and get a commitment to freight that day. Ask them
to do it URGENT at no charge to you. Be very polite, but keep talking
loudly. Don't leave till you get what you want.

I had to wait a while for my frame to be delivered from the US - not Trek though. In my case, the shop was 100% right in that there was not a frame to be had ... anywhere! I know 'cos I emailed the manufacturer just in case.

You might try contacting the importer directly and find out the status of your order.

I just made another phone call and the courier had just turned up with
my (first brand spankin new) bike I pick it up at about 5:00 this arve.
No more excuses for sitting around getting old and fat now I will just
get old 🙂
