I've heard that rumenic acid is a particular isomer of CLA.
It is generally thought to be the main "natural" CLA found in food, right?
Some CLA isomers (generally mad-made ones) have been found not to be particuarly good for human health, right?
What kind of trans fats are the ones made in industry? I assume they're much worse for people than rumenic acid (which is generally thought to be healthy).
