norwave to time adapter

I wanted to buy these: nothwave shoes northwave shoes and i was wondering if they would work with my time mid 57's but i cant just use the new northwave to time adapter because the mid 57's are only 2 sreaws each and the new times are 4. would they go on fine or would i need a adapter and if so where could i get such a thing. and no i dont have any money for more expencive shoes im poooor time peadles
