I wonder if there is a normal range for post-prandial triglycerides, like
there is for glucose for instance? Like, at what level should you expect
them to be at 1 hour, 2h, 3h... I happened to have a post-prandial
triglyceride reading (2.81g/l), and I'm wondering what to make out of it, if
anything...

There isn't any which is why you need a fasting level. You should also avoid
alcohol for several days. -

Well, I already have a fasting level, but since I happened to get a free
full lipid testing as part of a free health prevention exam, I was wondering
if I could learn anything useful with that value. Just like post-prandial
glucose is a very informative piece of information and has a normal range of
values. I thought something like that was available for triglycerides.Quoted message said:

I drink once in a blue moon, and that's a single glass then, so that was not
a problem. I should probably add some red wine to my diet actually...
