from 1:1 to 4:1 seems to be the "normal". At least for the so called
"negative"
How many test did the TDF ?
We can suppose 5 + the yellow (if the yellow jersay is not one of them.)
Let accept 5 for the minimum to 6 for the maximum by stage.
Let accept an average of 5.5 by stage ( of course if you have the time to do
it you can have a more acurate result)
As we have had 20+2=22 stages we can say
22*5.5=121 tests.
Around 121 tests : 120 negative + 1 positive (it is said 1:11)
What"s the average of the 121 ?
1 - If all of them were 1:1 we have 120*1+1*11= 131; 131/121=1:1.08
2 - If all of them ware 1:4 we have 120*4+1*11=491/121=1:4.05

The figure we can confirm asking to the TDF : Number of tests.
