Of course those who believe he's cheating will continue to believe that for all of eternity no matter what people say. Everytime someone says they have personal experience with him and have reason to believe he isn't doping, they just bring up someone else who doesn't know for sure but says they have reason to believe he is. Some are so completely convinced that their heads turn swell and turn red, they begin spewing sputum and their eyes shake whenever someone suggests that the man is clean. Of course they don't have any proof aside from their rumors and personal psychic ability.
