Hey runners, I have been reading through all of your stories about pain and I just want to tell you
all to seek medical treatment to make sure everything is okay. I am an avid runner and had been
having left knee pain off and on for a few years and ignored it but finally went to the doctor, had
an MRI and found out I had a meniscal tear that required surgery!!!! Don't let it go. The coolect
thing is, I don't know where you are in the country but I am in Akron and had an MRI at this place
that specializes in this sort of thing. Check out their website and start taking care of yourselves.
