  1. Hey runners, I have been reading through all of your stories about pain and I just want to tell you
all to seek medical treatment to make sure everything is okay. I am an avid runner and had been
having left knee pain off and on for a few years and ignored it but finally went to the doctor, had
an MRI and found out I had a meniscal tear that required surgery!!!! Don't let it go. The coolect
thing is, I don't know where you are in the country but I am in Akron and had an MRI at this place
that specializes in this sort of thing. Check out their website and start taking care of yourselves.

So what is your prognosis? How soon will you be running again?
