:O you all have been of great help and motivation, especially Preacher
thanks you, another question, when I was a kid i keep all my day riding
my bike, and playing soccer, I have very nice legs and many girls tell
me they look very nice, but someone the other day told me that if I
dont work out my leg groupds (thing I never do) they wont let me gain
weight because they are not strong enough, how true is this ? -

out a whole-body routine, it'll have some leg groups in there. At 17 I bet
you can do 3 times a week. Go heavy but not to failure.Eat. If you're not gaining weight, you can't gain muscle.
