  1. Grease a tube pan with butter and line with waxed paper.

    In a large bowl, add the following ingredients and mix well.

    1 cup of each of the following:

    Walnuts, chopped
    Pecans, chopped
    Dates, chopped
    Raisins
    Candied Pineapple, cut into small pieces
    Candied Cherries (red and green mixed), cut into small pieces

    4 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

    In a large saucepan, heat on low heat until melted, stirring constantly,
    the following:

    1 small can evaporated milk
    6 Tablespoons wine
    1 (16 oz) bag miniature marshmallows
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

    When melted, pour over the fruit mix and mix until well blended. Drop by
    large spoonfuls into prepared tube pan. Put plastic wrap on top of cake
    mixture and press down all the way around cake. Remove plastic and leave
    in tube pan and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Next day remove from pan.
