He needs to hire a handler--his comments have that chip-on-the-shoulder
sound. If Lance had stuck to swimming, he wouldn't have all these
problems.
I do admire Lance for coming back from cancer in such a grueling
endurance sport, but I have always found him somewhat unappealing. He
is very handsome but his face lacks expression. I also find bike racing
kind of an unappealing sport. They ride through some of the most
beautiful scenery anywhere looking at a one-foot square of pavement.
It worries me a little that just coming back from cancer isn't enough
anymore. People expected so much so soon from Mario LeMieux after he had
Hodgekin's disease.
