Just received a pair of {new} Nike Poggio II shoes I won on E-bay. They came with a look style cut out piece of sandpaper for each shoe . Is it necesary to use them with look cleats to keep the cleats from sliding around on the carbon fiber sole. I have a pair of diadora with full carbon soles and have never had a problem with the cleats moving on them . Thanks
