  1. A few years ago I use to sweet a lot at night.

Now I'm on a diet, I lost almost all fat. I removed:
Sugar and dairy products from my diet, which I use to eat a lot, especially sugar. I eat a lot of vegetables, white meat, fish, and I stopped eating fruits because they have a lot of sugar.
    I also take supplements.

I now sometime sweet like crazy, the bed is soaked, even if I wear a shirt. Is this perhaps detoxification?
I also notice a slight warm itchy feeling on my check bones. (Comparable to being in the cold, and then warming up inside)

  2. Night sweets are caused by eating candy in bed. I suggest you switch to
crackers instead. Your night sweets will be gone in no time.

But seriously, I was getting night sweats from eating Lundberg brown rice
for dinner. As soon as I stopped, they went away. I'm not sure if this was a
symptom of some mineral or chemical impurity in the rice or a B vitamin
overload. I'm going to try switching to another brand of brown rice to see
    if that makes any difference.

Night sweats are no fun. You wake up overheated and can't get back to sleep
    for an hour or more.
