  1. Good to meet fellow urc-ers (John and Rich) yesterday. Found the "pub"
OK and hung around looking for cyclists. I now know what it must have
been like to be a homosexual in the 50's; by my Altura you will know me.

Fortunately Rich was recognisable from his web site (maybe I was too).
We were guessing when it came to you, though, John and whenever a
suspiciously lost looking person wandered by we dropped trigger words
like "dynamo" and "sprocket" into the conversation. As it turned out
subtlety of this nature was not required. We realised this when someone
wearing SPDs, tights and a cap with LED on the rear strolled in.

I'm sure you won't be suprised to learn that after I bolted my pint and
shot off, my train turned up 10 minutes late.

Good to meet you too matey. It's always good to put a face to a name. And
a friendly face it was too. I feel that I can call you 'Not' now. ;-)
    Good to see Rich too.
Rich, I left feeling that I'd seen you somewhere before somewhere. Dd you
ever attend any of the B'ham CMs? A few years ago, when they where err.....
    less pointless?

In case anyone is unsure, I'd like to stress that the LED is on the rear of
the cap, not on the rear of the someone.

They do that on purpose Matey, to ensure that you're absolutley busting for
a pee before you leave the station.
