  1. For the first time in what seems like a very long time, I was joined by a rider of similar speed on my commute home today. We took turns for a two-up TT for about half of the journey... it really is a lot easier than solo...

    The nice weather also returned.

    Just a small, but good news story for once.

    I signalled right to change lanes in traffic and a driver slowed to let
    me in.

    What's happening? TdF cyclist goodwill month?

    I rode over 100k without hearing a car horn, and that includes leaving the capital city! (Yes, okay, I was in The Netherlands.. shhh.. spread that bike-car peace!)
