I'm including the shifter and all the extra nuts and bolts that don't come
with just the hub. Sorta whole package deal.

That's what Harris Cyclery sells for $225: hub, shifter, cable, the
whole kazoo. $224.90 plus shipping, since we're being picky.

Supply and demand my friend. Try getting one from Harris Cyclery... I don't
think $25 more is really outrageous. I'm sure a LBS would also have some
sort of a mark-up as well. Or, $25.10 since we're being picky.
