Okay, the beef stock is simmering. I made udon for supper, and the
beets are roasted and ready when I want them. Now I think I shall
take the two pounds of chicken feet I bought and turn them into
chicken stock. I love being home on a rainy night with a clean
kitchen.

me too! I made tonights dinner yesterday, and after I made the biscuits
I felt antsy, I made pizza dough for next week and stuck it in the freezer.
