True, but it's only a metal barn with a nice track inside.

I'd call this Ron Webb's budget indoor design to answer the Schuermann Ballerup and LA
installations.

If anyone is looking to have a velodrome built, this is about as simple as it gets to have a
world-class track indoors.

Too bad all the countries that have temperate climates, forced to have an indoor venue by the UCI,
will have to add air conditioning to the £7.5m price, or build covered, but open-air facilities to
handle the heat (like Aubuja, Nigeria).
