  1. Hi All,

Newbie to track bikes here...after my Cannondale roadbike was stolen, I picked up a 2003 Bianchi Pista. Everything is stock, except for a front brake (necessary in Chicago!) and a Selle Italia saddle, and a 42x16 gear combo (around 70 inches). I do have a 48 tooth chainring (stock from Bianchi) that I can train with (around 80 inches).

Can anyone please point me to a decent site or information that has sample training programs? I do have a trainer, so, seated springs, 1 legged work, high-cadence spinning...what else?

    thanks!

    Randy

Yes, I am riding fixed on the road. I don't like coasting!!!

Mileage varies, but it's almost all stop n go. My sit bones are hurting today after a 20 mile day yesterday. Argh!
