  1. Good morning.

What sort of stuff should I be having for breakfast? I am trying to gain
muscle mass as well as cut down on body fat.

I seldom have breakfast, but it's something I would like to start doing
regularly, because by 10.30 I am starving and will eat anything.

Your time and patience is very much appreciated.

Consider the sandwich: all the different fillings and condiments you
    like in sandwiches.

They work pretty well in omelets too. Peanut butter-and-jelly omelet, mmm.

If anyone suggests tuna for breakfast, just ignore them.

Cottage cheese with fruit and nuts is pretty good.

Then skipping breakfast is a really stupid thing to do.

I like several things. Eggs scrambled with some red / green peppers, green
onion in olive oil. Or oatmeal. Sometimes, I'll add a scoop of whey
protein on top of the oatmeal. Milk of course with the oatmeal. Fruit is
also good in addition to the above. All said and done, just be sure you're
getting enough protein at the end of the day.

I used to like eating tuna for breakfast until I realized my mercury
levels were rising a bit too high. : )
