  1. Just used my first set of clip in pedals and should have done it a long time ago. I was always afraid that because of my clumsiness they would be a hazard. I got a pair of Look 247 pedals and they are very easy to use. I think they really increased my efficiency too. I just did a 30 mile ride using them and my avg heart rate was 10 beats lower going the same average speed. If you are questioning their use I recommend going for it.🙂 🙂

Same pedals I have and I am happy with them.
Before I used Wellgo pedal with black cleats (no folat) and I had knee pain.
the day I switched to look and red cleats, the pain was gone like magic.

There was a fit issue and you changed something, either how far your foot is from the center of the pedal spindle or the angle of the cleat. It was not because you changed brands of clipless.

  4. "Congratulations, you've taken your first step into a larger world."
