Just used my first set of clip in pedals and should have done it a long time ago. I was always afraid that because of my clumsiness they would be a hazard. I got a pair of Look 247 pedals and they are very easy to use. I think they really increased my efficiency too. I just did a 30 mile ride using them and my avg heart rate was 10 beats lower going the same average speed. If you are questioning their use I recommend going for it.🙂 🙂

Same pedals I have and I am happy with them.
Before I used Wellgo pedal with black cleats (no folat) and I had knee pain.
the day I switched to look and red cleats, the pain was gone like magic. -
