Hello!
I have been using a mountain bike on a trainer for a few months, and just ventured outside last week. So now I want a road bike, and plan to do a duathlon in the fall. I need to buy a used one because of budget - is there anyway to tell what frame size I need?? I'm 5'6" - it would just be so much easier narrowing down the ads and not having to go look at a bunch of wrong sized bikes....
