    I'll be in Newark Delaware the week of July 21st, just prior to a big race out here in Michigan. I'm
    wondering if anyone in the area could help me out? I'm looking for:

    1) A place to rent or borrow a bike (around 55cm)

    2) A fast group ride tuesday wed or thursday of that week.
